It has been weeks passed after the incident. Nino is doing his best fighting his addiction problem with Aiba’s help. Of course they are now living together as the started dating as soon as Aiba is out from hospital. The first few days were hard for Nino, his addiction getting bad and he almost gave up a few times. However with Aiba who is always be beside him, Nino continues giving his best. But since both of them did not know much about rehabilitation, things get hard sometimes. A really addicted Nino will scream in pain and throwing tantrums to Aiba, saying things he would regret when he get better but Aiba never left. He stays with Nino without complains. In the end, Nino himself suggest that he will go to a real rehabilitation institute to get better and Aiba happily agrees. When Nino is packing his cloths to go to the institute, he also found a lot of old stuffs in his cupboard. And in the middle of the old stuff, a light blue shoe box catches his attention. He knows well that the box belongs to Ohno. It makes his heart beats so fast and he panicked, not knowing what to do. He was afraid if the box contains drug and he cannot hold himself from taking it again. So he decided to wait for Aiba to come home from his job in the konbini before opening the box.


In the evening, when Aiba returns, Nino shows him the box and they open it together. Inside the box is nothing much except for a few old pictures and postcards. No drug related things were contained. Together with the other contents, there was an envelope with Nino’s name written on it. When Nino opens the envelope and read the letter, his tears are flowing non-stop. That was Ohno’s suicide note for him.


Dear Nino,
When you are reading this, I am already gone, for good. I caused a lot of trouble to you. I hurt you too many times that even if you forgive me, I won’t be able to forgive myself. So I decided to go. I am sorry that I left you alone during this hard times. But I realize nothing I could do to make it right. There is no power inside of me is able to pull us away from his hell so let me alone fall.

Dear love,
I love you with all my heart. Believe me, there is no single day passed without me regretting what I have done to you. If I can go back in time, I would do anything to give you the happiness you deserves. I realize with me tying you in this relationship, there will be no chance at all for you to find your happiness. So, I let you go now. I will be watching you from where ever God will send me. And I pray that you will find an angel that will love and protect you, the way that you should be loved and protected.

Nino buried his head on Aiba’s chest and cries his heart out. His love for Ohno is still there, will always there. But Nino realize that at some point he has to move on and as Ohno says, he want to find happiness that he deserves. Aiba who has read the letter after Nino hugged him tighter.
“You will have your happiness baby, I promise you.” Aiba says, lovingly that make Nino cries even harder. He is thankful that somehow he found Aiba, or rather they found and save each other.
“Watch me Oh-chan. I will live my life as what I dreamt about, with Aiba. I will always love you too.” Nino said slowly but enough for Aiba to hear him. Aiba nodded as approval at Nino’s statement. Instead of being jealous at the last sentence, Aiba is grateful for Ohno and he respect the love they have for each other. He silently swear again that he will love and protect Nino, forever.
